PHM update tonight and new wood pieces!

Another month has flown by!  I feel that is all I ever say anymore!!! Gosh... where does the time go!  I'm still busy trying to fill orders for the 4 drawer thread cupboards but wanted to share some of the other pieces Jeff has been making!  I will be offering these on PHM tonight so you can read more about them at 9pm est!  This is a wonderful cupboard to house all your wonderful skeins of thread!!!

A reproduction wood sewing clamp box with flip up lid and drawer!

And here are some new punches I put on a vintage shovel and flippers!

And something new!!!  While I was at the PSS retreat a couple weeks ago I had the pleasure to meet Ali Strebel!!!  She had the most beautiful framed needle felted picture on display and I was instantly inspired!  So, I had to purchase some of her hand dyed wool roving and get right to work!  More of this to come!

PHM Update tonight and my Inspiration for one design!

While browsing the antique mall a few weeks ago this sweet little bag caught my eye!  It was labeled "seed bag" with a question mark!  I felt that was a logical guess as to what it was used for.  My first thoughts were what a great shape it would make for a cross stitch or embroidery design so it had to come home with me!  A pattern is in the works so be watching for that!  I used some of my stitching designs which I've placed on my 1 Year of Stitches challenge.
Here is the bag I created with the inspiration of the antique fine!
And here is the antique bag! Needs an iron but wanted to maybe lightly wash it first.

The rest of my offerings for Primitive Handmades Mercantile this month are a punch needle wool egg with a check, bunny punch needle spoon, tulip in bloom pocket and a tulip pinkeep!

Enjoy your weekend!

You will find many new Fall handmades on the PHM update tonight at 9pm Est.  Be sure to stop by!  Many items sell quickly!
This is what you will find on my page this month!

I will be offering some of my mom's sweet old blue quilt pinkeeps this month! Just love the soft old fabric!

I can take a few orders for these Pumpkin Jacks on the oil can! Send me an email to order.

I was so excited when I found this unique scoop in an antique store last weekend!  It makes the perfect little frame for the blue tulip punch needle.  Held in place with a magnet so not to destroy the value of the scoop!

I've also been collecting these old frying pans to create a series of punch needle design inserts!
Up first.... a BOO Pumpkin for Fall!
Also, attached by magnet!

Still loving little chairs!
I hooked a chair pad with a simple pumpkin for this sweet natural wood chair!

Enjoy the weekend ahead and stay cool!
