Penny Rug Mat for Primitive Handmades Mercantile Update

If you haven't stopped by the Primitive Handmades Mercantile site since Friday you really should!  So many quality prim pretty handmades have been created once again!   Many pieces have been sold but just ask and most of the artists will take the time to create one for you!  This is what I had fun creating this month!
A penny rug that will fit on a windowsill, the back of your toilet, that special prim cupboard or  table!

I enjoyed making these two pouches using a doodle design by Robin Leuschen of Bird In The Hand Primitives !  Both designs can be found in her Spring Thyme Doodle Booklet. Robin creates the BEST doodles I know and best of all they can be used in so many ways. If you are interested in ordering either of these little pouches let me know and I will gladly stitch one up for you! You can read all about them on my PHM page!

And be sure to stop by my mom's page Liberty's Handmade Primitives and check out her wonderful antique coverlet pillows and these cute butterfly's!  The painted salt dough flowers I used for the photo are from Sarah of All Roads Lead Home ........they go so well together....... don't they!

Enjoy your day!!

I was delighted to hear the toot of the mailman today! I don't usually take the time to enter blog giveaways but last week I did sign up for two and guess what?!?!?! I won both of them! Geesh... I'm not usually this lucky..... should have played the Mega Million! I was fortunate enough to win a precious mouse from Carol of Buttermilk Creek Farm and today the package arrived! Meet "Miss Milly"! Oh my GOSH!!! Such detail and oh so very sweet! Just look at those tiny little flowers and watering can! And the hat is prim perfect! Carol also included these spice covered eggs and a prim perfect pantry cake wrapped in cheesecloth! Thank you so much Carol!!! I feel so honored to have one of your lovely creations in my home! You must stop by Buttermilk Creek Farm's blog and check out her work! Amazing workmanship!!!
